  • All orders are shipped under the DDP model, meaning customs duties and taxes are settled before arriving in Australia, and customers do not need to pay additional fees.

  • Shipping is handled by DHL, FedEx, or UPS, all of which provide full tracking services.

  • If there are issues like incorrect addresses, delivery failure, or customs inspections, customer support will assist promptly.

Ⅴ. Shipping, Costs, and Timelines

  • Order Processing Time:

    • Orders paid successfully before 6:00 PM (AEST) will begin processing the same day.

    • Orders paid after 6:00 PM (AEST) will begin processing the following business day.

    • Orders paid on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7-15 business days, with delays possible in remote areas or due to customs or weather conditions.

  • Shipping Fees:

    • Orders of AUD 139.00 or more: Free shipping.

    • Orders less than AUD 139.00: Standard shipping fee of AUD 8.30.
