Order Cancellation Policy

  • Within 72 hours of payment, provided the order has not been shipped.

  • Once the order enters the shipping process, it is considered shipped, and cancellations are no longer accepted.

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not been processed or shipped.

Ⅲ. Non-Cancelable Situations

  • Orders that have already been shipped or delivered to the carrier.

  • Incorrect shipping or contact details provided by the customer that prevent delivery.

For shipped orders, you may still request post-purchase support under our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy.
